Will the JOVS Sculpting Belt give me a smaller waist?

EMS can stimulate and help strengthen the muscles underneath the belt. However, visible waist size also depends on body fat, muscle development and other factors. The belt should not be considered a replacement for exercise or a proven method of directly removing abdominal fat.

What are the three LED wavelengths?

JOVS specifies 660 nm red light, 850 nm near-infrared and 1064 nm infrared. These wavelengths interact differently with tissue. The effectiveness of any light therapy treatment depends on more than wavelength alone, including light intensity, dose and treatment duration.

Can I use the belt for lower-back tension?
