Client Use: Professional product, for use in treatment room only.
Professional Use: Client intake and preparation: Always conduct an intake evaluation prior to performing any peel. Intensive peels should not be performed if client indicates prior negative reactions when peels either at home or during professional treatments. As with all professional peels, a patch test to determine sensitivity should be performed. Before applying, explain that they may feel a tingling or mild itching sensation; this is normal. Cleanse skin and allow to dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of product over face and neck with fan brush. Avoid eye area or active acne lesions. Allow to remain on skin for up to 5 minutes. If client reports excessive stinging, or irritation occurs, remove immediately. Remove quickly using sponges and cool water. If client experiences excessive irritation apply Calming Serum or Mask. Do not apply products with essential oils immediately following peel.

Recommendations:
- Note: Clients should use AHA Exfoliant for 2 weeks prior to receiving a professional AHA treatment;
clients should also be instructed to avoid sun exposure for 24 hours post treatment.
- May not be appropriate for some sensitive skin types.
- Always use sun protection after any exfoliating peel.
