Why a Winter Facial

Colder weather is tough on the skin. With less moisture in the air, skin often becomes dry, irritated, and inflamed. This can leave even the toughest of skin having to face delicate concerns. Skin also needs help tackling UV damage and environmental aggressors. Yet, it still needs exfoliation and nourishment for radiant skin, to promote cellular regeneration, and address areas of hyperpigmentation and aging.

The M.A.D Signature Go for the Glow Winter Facial is a curated protocol designed to help rebuild and protect the skin barrier; nourish and flood the skin with antioxidants; provide deep exfoliation; soothe and calm the skin; invigorate cellular turnover and new skin growth; and tackle signs of aging and uneven skin tone for glowing, radiant skin! 

M.A.D Signature Go for the Glow Winter Facial Protocol:

1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with M.A.D. Nourishing Cleansing Lotion. This balanced blend of gentle cleansers and botanicals lift away dirt and protect skin cells. Leaves skin cleansed, nourished, and moisturized. Also removes makeup.
2. For the second cleanse, apply M.A.D. Mega Rich Antioxidant Cleansing Gel. A nourishing, shielding cleanser formulated to bathe the skin in antioxidants, providing anti-aging benefits and skin conditioning.
3. Apply M.A.D Everyday Renewing Toner. Formulated with multi fruit acids for gentle exfoliation, Trinity Tea Complex to fight free radicals, and an amino-acid-rich complex for natural UVA protection and accelerated cellular repair.
4. Apply M.A.D Four Fruit Enzyme Exfoliating Mask with Pumice. This powerful mask nourishes the skin with over fifty minerals. Pumice gently etches the skin to improve enzyme effectiveness and exfoliation. Remove mask.
5. Peel time! Dispense M.A.D Jenasus Growth Factor Peel into a portion cup and apply. EGF at 3% and 3 multi-plant stem cells combined with multi-fruit acids, lactic acid, and glycolic acid exfoliate, renew, and provide anti-aging benefits including increasing collagen and elastin levels. Do not remove the peel.
6. Peel Layering! Dispense M.A.D Radiant Brightening Peel into a portion cup and apply 1-2 layers (depending on client’s needs) on top of the Jenasus Growth Factor Peel. The ideal combination of glycolic and lactic acids and infused with skin lighteners, addressing hyperpigmentation and dull skin.
7. Remove the peels by gradually bringing the pH of the skin back up, avoiding “shocking” the skin and for maximum results. How? Use M.A.D’s Gradual Neutralization Process: First, apply M.A.D Everyday Renewing Toner over the entire area. Second, apply water to the entire area. Finish with an application of M.A.D Neutralizer Solution.
8. M.A.D Cocktail! Combine equal parts M.A.D Radiant Brightening Mask (with 3-4 drops of Radiant Brightening Booster Serum) and Delicate Calming Gel Mask (including 3-4 drops of Delicate Skin Booster Serum) and apply. This cocktail helps give a burst of radiance to dull, tired skin; and calms and minimizes irritated skin. Remove the mask.
9. Apply M.A.D Everyday Renewing Tonerwith cotton round over the entire area.
10. M.A.D Serum Cocktail! Combine equal parts M.A.D Spot On Targeted Skin Brightening Serum and M.A.D Wrinkle Repellent Environmental Protection Serum and apply. This cocktail helps reinforce the cell detoxification process, minimize dark spots, shield the skin, and deliver a healthy glow.
11. M.A.D Cocktail! Combine equal parts M.A.D Transforming Daily Moisturizer and M.A.D Illuminating Daily Moisturizer and apply. This combination helps deliver a refreshed, healthier complexion; brightens and adds luminosity to dull, tired skin. Infused with a powerful complex of age fighters target the signs of aging resulting in skin that has a more youthful appearance.
12. Apply M.A.D Hyper Sheer 50 Daily Moisturizer of your choice.
