1.We have a $100 minimum order requirement. A minimum shipping charge of $8 applies to all orders. Shipping charges are not refundable.
2.We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover.
3.Returns must be expressly authorized by C.S.S. and are for store credit only. Returns and requests for order corrections must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns will be allowed on 1/2 used containers.
4.A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns for unused, returned merchandise. No unused product returns or exchanges accepted beyond 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be priced or marked in any way.
*California Residents: A Tax ID # from the California State Board of Equalization should be provided for all orders purchased in the State of California to exempt retail products from being taxed. Products sold for professional use are always taxable in the State of California.
California Skincare Supply ships UPS ground. Freight charges will be applied to each order, and are based on UPS Ground Rates. An additional $5.50 Handling charge will be added to each order.
